European Commission seeks rare earth & lithium supply security by recommending more dialogue & challenging restrictive export practices
The EC report cites export taxes and quotas, along with subsidies, price-fixing, dual pricing systems, and restrictive investment rules as unfair restrictions on EU manufactures, compounded with low cost imports of high tech products from non-EU countries.
