(AMM) Poor management policies led to Asarco worker death: MSHA

The Aug. 15 death of an Asarco LLC employee was the direct result of inadequate management policies, according to a recently publicized report by the Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA), part of the U.S. Department of Labor.
