China's tungsten conc offers rise

China's tungsten concentrate producers have raised offers by 1,000-2,000 ($146-293) yuan to reach 64,000-65,000 yuan per tonne in bid to push up market sentiment.

"Those who increased their offers do not mean to sell at that price but to build up active sentiment," said a trader in Beijing. Transaction prices for tungsten concentrate were unchanged this week at 63,000-64,000 yuan per tonne, as support from local banks continued to prevent prices from falling.
