An ongoing blockade of an ice landing strip by aboriginal groups in Canada?s Ring of Fire area will be an inconvenience but should not significantly disrupt exploratory activities, according to Noront Resources Ltd.
The Marten Falls First Nation and five other First Nation groups announced last week their plans to indefinitely obstruct the landing strip at Kopper Lake in northern Ontario.
The groups have become increasingly concerned by the lack of consultation with their communities...
