Indian ferrous scrap rises on demand revival and higher international prices

Indian ferrous scrap buyers paid more for material this week on improved demand and rising international prices, market participants told MB.
Improved finished product sales prompted Indian steelmakers to buy more scrap, they said.
“Prices are moving up. Finished [products] started to move and the stocks are not that large,” a European exporter said.
