Global Steel Philippines Inc (GSPI) has restarted operations at its Illigan city strip products mills after an 11-day strike over pay.
The National Labor Relations Commission 5th Division in Cagayan de Oro, the provincial capital, ordered striking workers to return to work on Friday, said GSPI spokesman Sangram Mohanty.
