TiO2 manufacturer Cristal Global has shut UK plant due to toxic gas escape

The plant, better known for producing 150,000 tpa of chloride titanium dioxide (TiO₂), is being prepared for a complete investigation of the incident which occurred last night resulting in four casualties.
