Lithium on agenda as China eyes world’s resources with global rail network
It is investigating the construction of a 8,000km high speed rail network stretching from London to Beijing through Russia. The project would give China direct access to an abundance of continental natural resources like never before. It has already offered to pay for Burmas (Myanmar) section of a new global rail network in exchange for its lithium reserves and more countries could be in eyeing a similar deal...
