Acerinox increases 304 CR prices on higher raw materials

Spanish stainless steelmaker Acerinox has increased its prices for 304 series cold rolled flat products on higher raw materials costs, the company said.

Base prices on deliveries made in March are now at €1,350 ($1,843) per tonne, up €50 from the €1,300 the company charged for...

So, here we go again. Another bank, another huge trade gone bad. This one doesn’t even appear to have been a case of rogue trading; a whole desk seems to have been operating with the full knowledge of the management and/or risk committee.
