(AMM) Skana bid for idled rolling mill in Wisconsin approved

Skana Aluminum Co. Inc. has received a judicial go-ahead to purchase Koenig & Vits Inc.'s shuttered rolling mill in Manitowoc, Wis., for $7.1 million, a company executive told AMM.

"We did get court approval and we will be proceeding to close as quickly as we can," he said.
