FeCr prices rise after higher Q2 settlement

High- and low-carbon ferro-chrome rose on Friday on the back of the higher second-quarter charge chrome benchmark price.
Prices rose across the range, with high-carbon material moving to $1.25-1.35 per lb, while low-carbon material rose to $2-2.05 per lb.
Previously, high-carbon was trading at $1.25-1.30 per lb and low-carbon was trading at $1.90-2 per lb.
