In the distribution of minerals, IMCD is perhaps less well known, but claims to have had a solid presence in this market over the last few years.

IMCD supports suppliers and customers at its technical centres: Cologne and Malmo, for the coatings and construction markets; Mechelen, for food ingredients; Milan, for personal care applications; Rotterdam, for lubricants; Paris, for synthesis; and London, for pharmacy.

Regarding logistics, IMCD operates an extensive network of dedicated distribution centres throughout Europe, Australia/New Zealand and Africa, including South Africa and Morocco, for intermediate handling and storage of food and pharma ingredients, and liquid and solid chemicals, (hazardous and non-hazardous).
