Indian group invests $75m. to build 100,000 tpa silicon carbide plant in Volgograd
The group expects to start construction at the 100,000 tpa SiC facility in the next six months before ramping up production in phases from 2012, Carborundums managing director, K. Srinivasan told IM.
The new plant will more than double the groups Russian capacity, with the Volzhsky site currently producing around 65,000 tpa SiC....
