In Mexico, summer holidays are now underway. Until they have ended, a confusing altercation in the countrys steel sector will not be resolved.
Last week, the disagreement between Industrias CH (ICH), which owns carbon and special steelmaker Grupo Simec, and auto parts seller Motormexa SA roared into the public arena.
Both sides have fired off contradictory press releases, making very serious allegations. And, in their latest altercation, the two sides have disagreed whether one ICH executive is on the run from the law.
The dispute seems to have begun...
