(AMM) PCB-laden gear stirs suit vs. USS-Posco

An Oakley, Calif.-based metals recycler is suing USS-Posco Industries, alleging that it was intentionally sold equipment laden with polychlorinated biphenyls (PCB) that contaminated its recycling facility and one of its service provider's facilities.

Delta Scrap & Salvage and Graunstadt Enterprises filed the lawsuit against Pittsburg, Calif.-based steelmaker USS-Posco Industries, a joint-venture of U.S Steel Corp. and South Korea's Posco Ltd.
