Collahuasi, Chile’s third-largest copper producer, increased its mineral resources by 40%, or over 2 billion tonnes, on new drilling results, modelling changes and adjustments to metal price assumptions
The new measured, indicated and inferred resource estimate totals 7.09 billion tonnes at an average grade of 0.82% copper, which represents 58 million tonnes of contained copper metal, the company said.
