PTC Alliance Corp. workers at plants in Pennsylvania and Ohio have ratified new labor deals, clearing the way for the company to emerge from bankruptcy protection and complete a sale to Black Diamond Capital Management LLC.

Wexford, Pa.-based PTC Alliance, a manufacturer of steel tubing products, said workers at its plants in Alliance, Ohio, and Darlington, Pa., have ratified collective bargaining agreements, terms of which were not disclosed....
