Chinese magnesium export offers rise on costs

Chinese magnesium export offers have risen this week on climbing costs although weak demand narrowed prices.
Fresh bookings were at $2,715-2,750 per tonne fob on Thursday, narrowed from $2,715-2,780 fob on Wednesday but still better than 2,700-2,780 fob last week.
Offers have increased to 2,715-2,790 per tonne fob.
Ex-works prices have also edged up to 16,100-16,400 yuan ($2,364-2,408) per tonne, from 15,900-16,400 yuan last week.
