High-grade cobalt prices rose on Wednesday, climbing by over $1 per lb on stronger interest from the battery sector and good super-alloys demand, some market sources said
Low-grade cobalt moved up to $17.75-18.75 per lb from $17.60-18.50 previously, while high -grade climbed to $19-20.25 per lb from $18-19.
