Indium rose on Wednesday but resistance to higher prices is creeping into the consumer market, sources told MB
Rotterdam-basis indium rose to $800-$870 per kg on Wednesday, from $795-$860 per kg previously, but the volume of reported business into the consumer market was thinner than in previous weeks.
Indium has risen rapidly since mid-February, when prices stood at $535-605 per kg, as strong domestic demand in China has caused international consumers to bid higher.
