Trioxide grade antimony rose on Wednesday after a European consumer paid an above-market price for prompt material from China
MB Rotterdam trioxide grade antimony rose to $15,750-$16,550 per tonne on Wednesday, from $15,750-$16,250 per tonne previously, as a consumer reported a purchase of material significantly above average reported prices.
MB standard grade II antimony was unchanged at $15,750-$16,250 per tonne.
A consumer paid around $16,850 per tonne for a 25-tonne clip of trioxide grade antimony after failing to secure material from warehouses in Rotterdam.
