Indium creeps lower still, flat-panel demand may provide floor

Indium slumped further on Wednesday on weaker activity in the USA and Europe, but consumer interest in the Southeast Asia may soon provide a floor for the electronic metal, market sources said.
MB free-market indium fell to $690-$790 per kg, from $695-$805 per kg previously, with most business conducted around $740 per kg.
The US market is continuing to weaken, with sources there reporting losing out on sales at around $770 due to lower offers.
