Domestic antimony buying remains stagnant, with traders reporting few transactions amid still-weakening prices.
The market’s decline came on the back of limited transactions ahead of holiday shutdowns as well as falling replacement costs for Chinese material, traders said.
"Antimony is still just languishing. There’s no new buying of any consequence," one domestic antimony trader said. "Three of the four biggest buyers are on holiday this week."
