ThyssenKrupp is on course to dispose of its stainless steel unit, Inoxum, by the end of 2012, the company said on Friday, January 20.
“The divestment of Inoxum, formerly Stainless Global, is proceeding according to plan,” the company said in a statement, adding that it is sticking to its timetable of divesting the unit by the end of 2012.
