Tata Steel Minerals Canada Ltd.—a joint venture between India's Tata Steel Ltd. and Calgary, Alberta-based New Millennium Capital Corp.—has entered into a life-of-mine rail transportation contract and locomotive rental agreement with Quebec North Shore and Labrador Railway Co. Inc. for the transport of iron ore products.
