Taigang Stainless will halt HRC line for two weeks

Taigang Stainless, China's largest stainless steel producer, is diverting some hot metal output to produce more long products, amid a weaker market for stainless flat products.

China's biggest stainless steel producer plans to conduct maintenance work on its 2,250mm hot rolled coil mill in February. "The maintenance will last for two weeks starting February 15 and is expected to impact the hot rolled coil production by 50,000 tonnes," a source...
