DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Prices stable as winter conditions bring threat of tight supply

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index was almost unchanged at $437.17 per tonne cfr Iskenderun for HMS 1&2 (80:20) on Wednesday February 1, from $437.15 a day earlier.
