DAILY SCRAP REPORT: More ex-USA ferrous deals but most European sellers absent

Metal Bulletin’s Daily Ferrous Scrap Index was almost unchanged at $434.21 per tonne cfr Iskenderun for HMS 1&2 (80:20) on Thursday February 2, from $437.17 a day earlier.
