Bonnell Aluminum to shutter Kentland facility

Bonnell Aluminum plans to close its extrusion plant in Kentland, Ind., by September due to continued weakness in the building and construction markets.
The Kentland facility has been operating at a loss for several years, the company said. The plant’s sales totaled about $38 million in 2010, it said, declining to provide a 2011 figure.
