London Metal Exchange shareholders are wondering how the meeting with Martin Abbott, the chief executive of the exchange, and Sir Brian Bender, the chairman, will go on Tuesday February 7.
Bender and Abbott are holding a briefing that day to explain the rationale for the new fees that are due to come into force on March 1.
But will concerned shareholders raise their concerns clearly in order to debate them? Or, in fact, even debate them at all – particularly in the likely absence of some...
