Jinchuan Group targets higher nickel, cobalt output in 2012

Jinchuan Group plans to raise nickel output by 4% and cobalt output by 20% this year.

China’s largest nickel producer will produce 135,000 tonnes of refined nickel in 2012, up from 130,000 tonnes in 2011, the company said. It aims to produce 8,000 tonnes of cobalt products in 2012, compared with 6,675 tonnes...
