Design work has started at Norilsk Nickel’s Bugdainskiy molybdenum mine and concentration plant in the Zabaikalskiy region of Russia, where it eventually plans to produce 9,000 tpy of molybdenum, the company said on Monday February 6.
Norilsk signed a contract with CJSC TOMC-engineering in December 2011, it said. Delivery of project documentation will be complete in November 2012.
