LME ASIAN WRAP: Copper rises on US economic lift

London Metal Exchange copper rose in early Asian trading on Tuesday as sentiment was buoyed by positive US data.
By 03:48 GMT, three-month copper stood at $8,530 per tonne, up $40 from its opening price. The red metal traded between $8,550 per tonne and $8,478.75 per tonne.
SHFE April copper stood at 60,380 yuan ($9,584) per tonne, 0.1% higher from opening and 100 yuan higher from Tuesday’s settlement.
