China manganese flake prices rise on tight supply

Chinese manganese flake prices recovered after the Chinese New Year holiday on the back of limited production from local producers, sources said.

"Sellers have raised their offers recently and are unwilling to do business at low prices," a Shanghai analyst said. Domestic prices for manganese flake were in the range 15,400-15,500 yuan ($2,447-2,463) per tonne on Thursday, up 400-500...
