Taigang hikes nickel pig iron bid price by 10%

Taigang Stainless raised its bid price for high-grade nickel pig iron for the second consecutive month in February, tracking rebounding prices for refined nickel.
Taigang is now offering 1,420 yuan ($226) per nickel unit for high-grade nickel pig iron (nickel grade 10-15%) for February delivery, with payment in cash, up from 1,315 yuan per nickel unit in January, according to sources close to the deal.
