China’s imported iron ore market weakened from a two-month high on Thursday February 9, weighed down by a weaker steel market.
The price of 63.5% Fe Indian fines stood at $149-150 per tonne cfr China on Thursday, down by $1 from Wednesday.
Today’s Australian tender was finalised at $146 cfr for Newman fines and $130.75 cfr for Yandi fines, almost the same as yesterday, industry sources said.
