Nanshan to bring first extrusion press online by August

Nanshan America Co., a subsidiary of China’s Nanshan Group Co. Ltd., plans to bring the first of two extrusion presses online this summer, a company executive said.

The second press, which will extrude larger-diameter shapes, will be delivered in August and won’t be online until December 2012 or January 2013, he said.

"The press delivered in August is larger, so it will take longer to install," Beardsley said.

The two presses will have a combined nameplate...
