Rusal disputes Norilsk statement on court decision

United Co Rusal disagrees with Norilsk Nickel’s interpretation of a legal decision returning a dispute between the two companies to the First Court of Arbitration in the Krasnoyarsk territory in Russia, the company said on Tuesday February 21.
The Federal Arbitration Court of the East Siberian district overturned a legal requirement for Norilsk Nickel to disclose documents to 25% stakeholder Rusal, Norilsk said in an earlier statement.
