Russian steel producer Severstal’s hot rolled coil (HRC) offer prices to Turkey have increased this week by $30-35 per tonne for April production.
The company offered HRC at $640 per tonne cfr Turkey on Thursday February 14.
Ukrainian producer Metinvest offered HRC at $605 per tonne cfr earlier this week.
Turkish producers are offering $640 per tonne ex-works for base-quality HRC, but some sales were concluded at $625-630 per tonne...
