Sita UK could shut metals recycling business

Sita UK, one of the UK’s largest metals recyclers, may close its metals recycling operations following a formal review of the business, Metal Bulletin has learned.

The waste management company, which is owned by France-based utility company Suez Environment, runs seven metals processing yards in the UK. All could close following the 45-day review.
