DAILY SCRAP REPORT: Turkish delivered price rises with fresh trade

The Metal Bulletin daily scrap index for HMS 1&2 (80:20) material imported into Turkey rose on Tuesday July 2, after a fresh Baltic Sea trade was heard in the market.

The index closed at $351.82 per tonne cfr, $1.91 per tonne higher day-on-day. A steel producer in the Marmara region booked a Baltic Sea cargo comprising 13,000 tonnes of HMS 1&2 (80:20) at $360 per tonne cfr and 17,000 tonnes of shredded scrap at $365 per tonne...
