UK, European stainless 18/8 scrap solid prices stable as nickel weakens

Prices in the UK for stainless steel scrap solids have remained unchanged this week, as the price of nickel weakened again following a rise at the end of the year, market sources told Metal Bulletin sister title Steel First on Friday January 3.
