Nexans signs $480m in deals to supply cable to Airbus, BP

Nexans has signed two long-term deals worth a combined total of €350 million ($480 million) to supply Airbus and BP with high-spec copper cable to power aeroplanes and oil platforms.
As part of a ten-year frame agreement with BP, Nexans has
signed a €100 million contract to supply direct electrical
heating cable for use in the Shah Deniz oil field in the
Caspian Sea, it announced on Friday March 28. The deal will
