Oversupply sees European secondary Al prices slip

European secondary aluminium prices slipped again on Friday March 28, as both ingot and scrap raw material prices remain pressured by oversupply.
DIN226 pressure diecasting ingot fell to €1,670-1,730
($2,299-2,382) per tonne, from €1,680-1,730
previously. "There’s pressure on the
market," a diecaster said. "We’re looking for
metal for May and June but I want to wait for one or two weeks
because I think prices will go down towards €1,600." There
