Sapa will shut Miami extrusion plant

Downstream aluminium producer Sapa is closing its aluminium extrusion plant in Miami, Florida, as it continues to reshuffle its operations agreeing to merge with Norsk Hydro’s downstream business in late 2012.
Sapa has sold off a number of assets in Europe in order to
gain approval for the merger from various regional authorities.
Its US assets have also seen changes as a result of the merger
