Barrick Gold, Ma’aden to form jv for Saudia Arabian copper mine

Barrick Gold Corp will form a joint venture with Saudi Arabian Mining Company (Ma’aden) to operate the Jabal Sayid copper mine that is expected to start in late 2015.
