Deadlock keeps Brazilian ingot aluminium premiums unchanged

Brazilian aluminium premiums were stable this week as sellers continued to pursue higher prices following output curtailments in the country while buyers resisted their efforts on weak end-user demand.
The average premium for P1020A aluminium ingot stood at
$550-600 per tonne on Thursday July 24, for the metal delivered
to the São Paulo region. Prices have been at that level
since early May. Sellers reported more consultations from
