Russia has scrapped export duties on copper cathode and
refined nickel more than two years ahead of the World Trade
Organisation deadline. Copper rod production in the country may
be restructured as a result. Another WTO note: Russia has
argued that sanctions against it by the USA violate the core
commitments of the world...
