South American Silver files for arbitration against Bolivian government

Canadian miner South American Silver has started international arbitration proceedings against the Bolivian government over the cancellation of concessions for the Malku Khota project in August last year.

Bolivia has a month to respond and the process could take two to three years, unless the parties reach an agreement.
