Mexican president officially commissions Ahmsa's Fénix project
Mexico’s biggest integrated steelmaker, Altos Hornos de México (Ahmsa), officially commissioned its Fénix expansion project on Thursday July 18.
The country’s president, Enrique Peña Nieto, put the Fénix Steckel mill into operation during the commissioning ceremony at Ahmsa’s works in Monclova, in the Mexican state of Coahuila.
